Withdrawals
Withdrawal framework and scope
Herake's Withdrawal Policy governs the transfer of funds from a User's account to the User's designated external wallet or payment method. Withdrawals are subject to verification, source‑of‑funds checks, and regulatory compliance. This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Herake's services.
Identity verification and compliance (KYC)
-
Herake may require verification of identity and the source of funds prior to approving withdrawals. The User must provide documentation reasonably requested to confirm identity and ownership of payment accounts or wallets.
-
Withdrawals may be held pending verification; denial may occur if the User provides false information or cannot verify identity or source of funds.
-
Herake reserves the right to perform additional verification at any time for risk assessment or regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawal eligibility and funds readiness
-
To withdraw, the User must have funds that are eligible for withdrawal in accordance with the Deposit and Play rules. Funds deposited using one method may be subject to restrictions on withdrawal by method.
-
Deposited funds that are presented for withdrawal may be subject to verification procedures, and funds may be unavailable for withdrawal until such verification is completed.
Withdrawal methods and currency rules
-
Available withdrawal options are those shown within the User's account and may vary by jurisdiction. Withdrawals may be settled in fiat currency or cryptocurrency depending on the original deposit method used to fund the account.
-
Withdrawals of fiat currency shall not be processed using funds that were deposited with cryptocurrency, and likewise, cryptocurrency withdrawals shall not be processed using fiat deposits, except where otherwise permitted by the applicable payment policies.
-
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are sent to the User's bound cryptocurrency wallet and are subject to the blockchain confirmations required for the corresponding deposit method.
-
Herake reserves the right to process withdrawals by the same method used for deposits when feasible and to require verification prior to settlement.
Withdrawal limits, timing and installments
-
Minimum withdrawal amount: 40 EUR or equivalent in the User's currency.
-
Maximum withdrawal per card-based transaction: 5,000 EUR or equivalent; overall limits apply: 5,000 EUR per day, 10,000 EUR per week, and 30,000 EUR per month across all methods. Limits may differ by method and are displayed on the withdrawal interface at submission time.
-
If the requested amount exceeds the applicable method limit, the withdrawal will be issued in installments.
-
Withdrawals should be approved or denied within two (2) days after submission, subject to verification. The User may cancel (rollback) the withdrawal request before finalization; funds will revert to the User's balance.
Fees and settlement
-
Additional fees may apply for certain withdrawal methods or jurisdictions; such fees are disclosed on the withdrawal page prior to submission.
-
Currency conversion and cross‑border processing may incur charges; Herake bears no liability for market movements beyond disclosed fees.
-
Herake may settle withdrawals using the same payment instrument used for deposits where permitted by the payment provider.
Chargebacks, refunds and handling of errors
-
Chargebacks are bank or card issuer reversals initiated by the User; if a chargeback is initiated, Herake may block the involved User's account and recover funds, including processing fees and currency conversion costs associated with the chargeback.
-
Upon receipt of a chargeback, Herake will seek identity confirmation and, if needed, confirm the User's preferred withdrawal treatment. The User will be notified via the account's registered contact channel.
-
Refunds are initiated by Herake in accordance with internal policy; refunds are not guaranteed in all circumstances and may be restricted when gameplay has occurred. Herake will respond to refund requests within a defined timeframe and communicate the decision via the User's account channels.
-
Herake may void withdrawals made in error and recover funds; where appropriate, the Company may freeze and set off any resultant amounts against subsequent winnings or balances.
Errors, corrections and user obligations
-
If a deposit or withdrawal is credited incorrectly due to a technical or human error, the erroneous amount remains Herake's property and may be recovered from the User's account.
-
The User must promptly report any incorrect credits or suspected activity through official support channels; failures may lead to account restrictions or liability for losses arising from the error.
Policy integration and updates
This Withdrawal Policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Herake's services and may be amended from time to time. Users will be notified in accordance with the Terms.
